Why no premium status displayed in the PhotoGrid APP after the purchase is completed?

Please update your PhotoGrid to the latest version through PhotoGrid website and try to log in again. Warm reminder, please make sure all your devices are logged in to the same Google account you upgrade to Premium to enjoy your Premium journey:)

How can I cancel my web subscription plan?

If you purchase PhotoGrid Premium on the website, you can go to photogrid.app > log in to your PhotoGrid account > click on your profile picture > select "Settings"> click "Unsubscribe" to unsubscribe.
